This years Are You Brave Enough..? sees acclaimed author, film maker and local paramedic Ben Gilmour and livewire paramedic Kate Fisher in conversation talking mental health and PTSD.

All monies raised are used by the Lennox Head Stags to run Mental Health First Aid courses at no cost to the community. So far 120+ people have trained in mental health first aid and are now out in the community doing their thing, so everybody benefits!

Fluro Friday Lennox Head will be partnering with Fluro Friday and Chip Inn to celebrate World Mental Health Day. Fluro Friday is an initiative started in Bondi but it’s now here with a Lennox Head twist.

FREE breakfast is served from the Chip Inn van with everything from juices, fruit, pastries and more.
