GeoLINK is looking for a full-time business manager to coordinate its business operations and lead the Business Services Group to provide effective and efficient support to the technical staff. While this is a leadership role, the business manager will be hands-on across a range of business operations, including financial management.

GeoLINK is an environmental, engineering, planning and design consultancy that has been established in northern NSW for over 30 years. We provide a range of services to our clients including planning and environmental assessment, ecology, civil and environmental engineering, urban design and landscape architecture. We have 37 staff working from our offices in Coffs Harbour, Lennox Head and Armidale. With a history of strong client relationships, successful project delivery and a reputation as an employer of choice, GeoLINK is a desirable place to work.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated business manager to join our great team and share in the success of the company. You will have primary responsibility for general business operations, financial management, quality assurance and WHS, as well as coordinating ICT services and providing support across business development, marketing, project delivery and HR. The successful candidate will preferably be based in our Coffs Harbour or Armidale office.
