About this project

GeoLINK was engaged by Shannon Pacific Pty Ltd to prepare a development application and accompanying Environmental Assessment seeking approval under Part 3A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 for nine tourist cabins on New Entrance Road at South West Rocks.

The application was approved by the Department of Planning and Infrastructure in May 2012.

GeoLINK were again engaged by Shannon Pacific Pty Ltd in 2019 to demonstrate compliance with conditions of the approval, specifically relevant to the Wetland Management Plan that required review and approval/sign off from the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment prior to the issuing of the Occupation Certificate and commencement of the use.
