About this project

The Clover Hill subdivision is located on the fringe of Bangalow NSW. GeoLINK was engaged by Bangalow Property Investments to proceed with the detailed design of 39 lots in their subdivision (Stage 3). Our civil engineers prepared a preliminary 12D model to include road, drainage, earthworks and sewer design.

Tasks also included detailed design required to obtain Construction Certificate approval. The scope of works included the preparation of detailed engineering and landscape drawings up to approval of the Construction Certificate.
