Emma has extensive experience with local government in urban planning, environmental planning and DA processes. This includes pre-application advice and preparation of Development Applications, Statements of Environmental Effects, Review of Environmental Factors and Land Use Conflict Risk Assessments. Her understanding of planning legislation and compliance, coupled with her communication and engagement skills, are a benefit to clients seeking approvals with more complex and challenging projects.
Emma has a keen interest in local heritage having been involved in advisory groups, programs and projects in heritage planning. Her customer-driven focus and friendly manner make her a popular choice with clients and a valuable member of the GeoLINK team.
