AJ is a civil engineer with experience in subdivision, road, drainage, and earthworks design. He has strong technical skills in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, 12D, Revit, and other engineering software, enabling him to produce detailed 2D and 3D designs, construction quantity estimations, and construction documentation.
AJ is experienced with site inspections and collaborates closely with stakeholders to ensure civil designs meet project requirements while optimising earthworks and drainage outcomes. His experience spans a variety of civil projects, including residential subdivisions and the rehabilitation of existing roads.
- Civil design for subdivisions, roads, carparks, drainage, and earthworks, including comprehensive concept and detailed design.
- Development of bulk earthworks reports, tenders, material quantities, schedules, technical specifications, and other construction documentation.
- Coordination of consultants and contractors, site inspections, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure designs meet project requirements and client expectations.
- Application of civil engineering and drainage principles to optimise earthworks and site functionality while balancing practical construction considerations.
