Sian is an Ecologist who brings strong technical capabilities and hands-on field experience to the Ecology team. She supports the delivery of practical, science-based environmental solutions that balance ecological protection with project outcomes.
Sian’s experience includes both laboratory and field-based work, giving her a well-rounded understanding of ecological processes and data collection. Her key experience includes:
- Working as a Laboratory Technician, developing strong analytical and data handling skills.
- Assisting with vegetation plot surveys and ecological field assessments.
- Collecting and analysing water quality samples.
- Conducting field studies and a research project on Heron Island, strengthening her ecological research capability.
Sian contributes to a range of ecology services, including field surveys, environmental assessments and ecological reporting to support development applications and environmental compliance.
With an enthusiasm for fieldwork, combined with her science background and strong teamwork skills, Sian is a valued member of GeoLINK’s Ecology team.
Sian is based in our Lennox Head office.
